You
You set the goal.
Tell your agents what you want in plain English — the way you would brief a team. You stay in charge the whole time.
Learn to run AI agents as one coordinated team — Auditors, Planners and Builders with 360° accountability — so they build your software, websites, legal documents, promotional videos and strategy with fewer errors, in less time.
Why most AI efforts stall
A lone AI agent guesses, drifts, and grades its own homework. Give your agents roles, rules and reviewers, and they stop acting like a chatbot — and start working like a team.
Every agent has one clear job — and knows who it answers to.
Clear standards tell every agent what “good” looks like.
Every piece of work is checked by someone else before it moves on.
01 · How autonomous building works
Picture a well-run company made entirely of AI agents. Work flows down through layers of leaders, finished pieces flow back up, and every layer checks the others. Here’s one project, start to finish.
You
Tell your agents what you want in plain English — the way you would brief a team. You stay in charge the whole time.
The Auditor
An independent Auditor decides what “done” looks like for every part of the job — and keeps watch over the whole team from start to finish.
The Planners
Each Planner takes one part of the goal, turns it into a clear plan, and assigns every task to the right Builder.
The Builders
Specialist Builders work at the same time: writing, designing, coding and researching, each on its own piece.
360° accountability
Planners review their Builders’ work, Builders flag weak plans, and the Auditor checks everyone. If something isn’t right, it gets sent back and fixed — long before it reaches you.
Delivered
Because mistakes are caught at every layer, projects finish faster with fewer errors — and the final say is always yours.
02 · What your agents build
The same chain of command that writes code can draft your legal documents, produce your promotional videos, launch your website and plan your next quarter.
Apps, internal tools and automations — written by Builders, reviewed by Planners, approved by the Auditor.
Designed, written, coded and launched by agents.
Promos cut from your footage, titled, scored and exported for every channel.
Animated logos, kinetic titles and explainers — storyboarded, keyframed and rendered by agents. See our Castle Matrix film
Contracts, policies, waivers and briefs — drafted, cross-checked and formatted, ready for professional review.
Market research, campaign plans and roadmaps — debated by Planners before they ever reach you.
03 · Agents at the keyboard
Agents can take over a computer and work it like a person — moving the mouse, typing and switching apps. Inside your guardrails, they produce promotional videos, build Google Ads campaigns and send emails on your behalf.
04 · Agent identities
Give each agent a real email address. Agents sign up for the tools they need, receive verification codes, correspond with vendors and customers, and report up the chain — with every message traceable to the agent that sent it.
05 · Agent-on-agent monitoring
Monitoring is built into the team itself. We teach you to set it up so Planners watch their Builders in real time, while the Auditor follows along watching everyone — Planners included. Scope drift and glitches get caught mid-job, and the project comes right back on track before it costs you time or money.
06 · Your consultant
Living Companions is led by its owner — a Minneapolis-based software developer and AI solutions specialist who consults on autonomous building. The owner builds with agent hierarchies every day, shipping native iOS apps, websites, legal documents and promotional videos, and teaches only what has already worked in production.
07 · Our work
For Castle Matrix, an AI agent team turned six hundred years of castle history into a paper-craft stop-motion film. Script, artwork, animation, narration, music and sound were all produced with agents, directed by the owner from first draft to final cut.
08 · Questions
No. Business owners learn to direct agent hierarchies in plain language. Technical depth is added for the team members who will run the systems day to day.
A team of AI agents organized in layers, like a company: an Auditor that sets the standard and checks everything, Planners that map out the work, and Builders that do the hands-on work. Every layer checks the others, so mistakes get caught early instead of after they ship.
Safety comes first. You decide which apps, accounts, budgets and contacts your agents can use, and anything important waits for your approval.
The approach is model-agnostic. You’ll learn to choose the right model for each rank and task, and to swap in better models as they arrive.
In your agent team, Planners watch their Builders in real time, and the Auditor follows along watching everyone — Planners included. If an agent drifts outside the plan, gets stuck in a loop or starts failing, it’s caught mid-job, steered back on track and logged — so small problems never grow into expensive ones.
Yes. Agent teams draft contracts, policies, waivers and briefs, and produce promotional videos from your footage and brand. Every draft is cross-checked by other agents, and legal documents are prepared for review by you or your attorney before they’re used.
